Questions, answered.
Why isn't it cheaper?+
Because it's stainless steel and built to last. Cheaper watches fade, peel and stop working. If price is your main concern, this watch isn't the right fit, and that's fine.
Is the FESTINA watch original?+
Yes. That's exactly why we offer payment on delivery: you inspect the product yourself before paying a single naira.
Is delivery really free?+
Yes, delivery is completely free to all 36 states and the FCT. No hidden charges.
When will I receive my order?+
On the date you choose on the order form, usually within the next 1–2 days. Please keep your phone on.
What if it looks different from the photos?+
It's exactly what you see. You inspect it before paying, so if it isn't as advertised, you're under no obligation to pay.
Can I negotiate the price?+
No. The prices on this page are final, and the free gifts are already included.
